So, I've been pretty much MIA in the past few months as many have probably noticed. I haven't been in a place to really show off my creativity and skills, therefore no new posts. But I do have big news!
I've recently accepted a sous chef position at the Boathouse Restaurant. It's a low volume fine dining restaurant in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard. I start on April 5th and leave Charlotte in late March. This is a big and awesome step for me in my career. I'll post any fun details prior to my departure and will definitely be posting more once I get to Martha's Vineyard to ready the restaurant for the summer season. Wish me luck!
